Now in its fifth year, the 25 Most Inspirational Women Leaders program honored another accomplished class this week. Honorees gathered at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square on March 3, where the group was recognized on the iconic Nasdaq board before continuing the celebration at the Baccarat Hotel.

The 2026 class spans retail, fashion, beauty, sports and entertainment, representing some of the most notable leadership roles in business today. From founders and CEOs to chief marketing and digital officers, these are the women driving strategy, culture and growth at organizations ranging from global luxury houses to emerging independent brands.
